Sentiment Mismatch
The proliferation of digital devices has ushered in a transformative shift in how we perceive our physical environment, prompting nuanced differences in emotional reactions within both physical and digital contexts. However, there remains a notable gap in comprehensive emotion reaction measurement at a large scale, encompassing both physical and digital realms, thus hindering a comprehensive comparison of sentiments between these environments. This research unveils the disparities in emotional reactions between digital and physical contexts and provides potential reasons behind the sentiment reaction for future urban renewal strategies.
